FAQ's

Are all of your bakes vegan?
Yes! Every single bake is 100% vegan, no dairy, no eggs, and no animal products. Just delicious, plant-based goodness made with love.

Do you offer gluten-free options?
We sometimes offer gluten-free treats, but they’re made in the same kitchen as gluten-containing products. We always label them clearly, but they may not be suitable for coeliacs.

How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website or by messaging us on Instagram or Facebook. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you payment details and collection or delivery info.

Do you post your bakes?
We currently offer postal options for cookies, brownies, and cake jars. Larger cakes are collection-only from our bakery in Boroughbridge.

How much notice do you need for orders?
For celebration cakes, we ask for at least 7 days’ notice, but the earlier the better! For smaller treats or postal orders, 2–3 days’ notice is usually fine.

Allergens Information

At Dolly's, all of our bakes are 100% vegan, made without dairy, eggs, or any animal-derived ingredients.

However, while we take great care when preparing every order, please note that our products are made in a home kitchen where allergens are present. This means that cross-contamination may occur.

Our kitchen handles the following allergens:
Gluten, Soy, Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, and Sulphites.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please let us know before ordering so we can advise you on suitable options or discuss how we can accommodate your needs.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free from traces of allergens, even if not listed as an ingredient.
